Job Overview
This position reports directly to the Operations Manager and is responsible for supervising production operators, managing attendance, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
Main Responsibilities
- Production Supervision: Supervise production operators and coordinate their activities to meet production schedules.
- Employee Development: Coach and train operators to develop production skills and technical competencies.
- Continuous Improvement: Recommend continuous improvement activities to enhance quality and reduce costs.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Experience: At least 1-2 years of supervisory experience in manufacturing environments.
- Skills: Advanced knowledge of operational tools and procedures, Microsoft Office proficiency (especially Excel), and night shift availability preferred.
