Key Responsibilities
- Process Optimization: Identify potential actions to improve material loss control, drive initiatives to improve process efficiency and yield, and reduce waste and production loss.
- Data Analysis: Regularly read and understand data indexes above and how they relate to one another.
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree required: Science, Math, Engineering, and Technology OR Finance, or Accounting (Preferred).
- 3 years of experience in electrode manufacturing, process engineering, or similar role within a manufacturing environment preferred.
