We are seeking a Production Supervisor to join our team at our facility in Bartow County, Georgia. The successful candidate will have experience in supervising production operators and coordinating with other departments to ensure efficient production processes.
The Responsibilities of this role include:
- Directly supervising and coordinating the activities of production operators
- Supporting employees to be motivated in line with company goals
- Reviewing production schedules and making suggestions on labor plans to meet scheduled requirements
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 1-2 years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment
- Ability to perform all tasks within a single production process and to turn-on/off the system
