HSAGP Energy is a joint venture company between Hyundai Motor Group and SK On to produce batteries for electric vehicle manufacturers. Our facility in Bartow County, Georgia, is strategically located near Hyundai Motor Group's existing and planned U.S. facilities.
We are seeking a Production Supervisor to oversee the production operations of our battery cell plant. The successful candidate will have experience in supervising production operators and coordinating with other departments to ensure efficient production processes.
The Key Responsibilities of this role include:
- Supervising and coordinating the activities of production operators
- Working closely with supervisors, engineers, safety, quality, environment, equipment/controls, and process teams
- Developing and implementing training programs to enhance employees' skills
Required Skills and Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 1-2 years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment
- Advanced knowledge of operational tools and procedures obtained through work experience
