About Us

HSAGP Energy LLC. is a joint venture company between Hyundai Motor Group and SK On to produce batteries for electric vehicles.

The joint venture aims to invest significantly in building an EV battery cell plant in Bartow County, Georgia.

Job Duties & Responsibilities

• Coordinate administrative functions and workplace experience as a Workplace Operations Specialist.

• Analyse budgeting, financial reporting, and billing processes.
• Implement policies and procedures related to office and corporate programs.
• Research vendors for office supplies, equipment, facility management, and outsourcing services.
• Coordinate repairs, renovation, layoff change activities, company events, and lead office space plans.

• Oversee the Office Coordinator.
• Assign tasks, provide guidance, and evaluate performance as appropriate.
• Foster a collaborative and efficient work environment.
• Manage all administrative functions within the company.
• Conduct and monitor established procurement protocols.
• Coordinate and organize company events, meetings, moving, and conferences.
• Maintain supplies inventory by checking stock levels and ordering supplies.
• Address employee inquiries and concerns about office general affairs matters.

• Manage relationships with office service vendors.
• Evaluate their performance and make recommendations as necessary.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 3 years of relevant experience in manufacturing industries (preferred).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Solid technical proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
• Knowledge of facilities management principles, including space planning, maintenance, and safety regulations.
• Ability to prioritize and execute tasks in high-pressure environments.
• Confident working independently and collaborating with others.
• Strong understanding of discretion in handling sensitive information.
