Job Description:
Administrative position reporting to the Manager, Engineering Operations . The individual in this position is responsible for managing applications, processing credentials, and supporting the administration of the National Board Commission and State jurisdiction license programs, is responsible for the coordination and administration of the stamp program; proactively communicates issues, concerns, or procedures with managers, supervisors and appropriate field personnel. The individual must also demonstrate the ability to bring problems to closure and ensure compliance with HSB standards and practices. The individual must have excellent written and verbal communication skills, and must be capable of working without close supervision. The individual must posses competency in business processes and system workflows, possess ability to create/update job aides, and proactively focus on anticipating problems and steamlining processes.

Education and Experience:
- High School graduate or equivalent, Associates or Bachelors degree preferred.
- /- five years office administrative experience
- /- five years customer service experience
- Strong organizational skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Good documentation skills
- Strong communication skills (both verbal and written)
- Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
- Knowledge of SharePoint and workflows
- Knowledge of Dynamics 365
- Excellent Time Management skills
- Able to meet strict deadlines under pressure
- Possess a high level of initiative, self motivation and work independently
