Support the AVP FP&A Business Partner in the automation of Financial and Operational KPIs for the Primary and Surplus Division from manual excel spreadsheets to an automated Power BI tool.
Compile, interpret, and analyze data for reporting for business leaders including the CEO of Client Risk Solutions Group to drive highlights to improve monthly business results.

- Automate KPIs into the Power BI tool
- Compile, interpret, and analyze data for reporting.
- Produce timely and accurate reports and analysis.
- Rising Second Year Finance, Strategy, or Economics MBA
- Strong background in Power BI required
- Strong Excel skills required
- Possess strong attention to detail.
- MS Office including PowerPoint.
- Strong verbal/written communication skills
- Ability to pick up new concepts quickly.
- Self-starter with a sense of urgency.
- Ability to work independently and as a part of a team.
- Within commuting distance of Hartford, Connecticut to work a hybrid work schedule in the office.
- Available to start the internship on May 19, 2025.
