Job Description:

Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience is required
- 3 years’ experience within Business or Operations disciplines, ideally within the Insurance industry
- Participation in project teams focused on delivering positive change
- Strong experience working with MS Office suite
- Self-starter that takes initiative in learning new approaches and disciplines, and is comfortable working in new and unknown areas.
- Dedication to the customer experience
- Natural aptitude toward analysis and problem-solving, with a history of proposing ideas
- Familiarity with how data can be used to deliver insights
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Active listening
- Attention to detail
- Demonstrated commitment to readily accept and personally adapt to change and encourage others to embrace it as well
