The Resource Analyst - Data & Fine Representative is responsible for researching and analyzing customer claims to ensure regulatory compliance and/or the eligibility of certain items for reimbursement. This role requires strong analytical, problem-solving and technical skills, superb attention to detail, full knowledge of HSB legal requirements regarding scheduling and performing inspections, full knowledge of HSB standard procedures for scheduling and performing inspections, and also excellent communication skills.

Job Description:
The Resource Analyst - Data & Fine Representative is responsible for researching and analyzing customer claims to ensure regulatory compliance and/or the eligibility of certain items for reimbursement. Education and Experience:
- College degree or equivalent work experience is required
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Business or Engineering is preferred
- Full knowledge of HSB procedures and legal responsibilities as well as inspection scheduling protocols; 3 years of related experience
- 3 years’ experience Customer service
- Customer service training and/or certification
- SQL experience preferred
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong customer service skills (especially dealing with difficult customers)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail oriented
- Time management skills
- Ability to make well-informed and confident decisions
- Ability to learn new systems specific to this role
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
