Education and Experience:
- Bachelors in Accounting or Finance is required or equivalent work experience
- Master’s degree in Accounting or Finance is preferred
- 10 years’ experience in accounting and reporting
- 3 years public accounting experience preferred
- P&C insurance experience is preferred
- CPA is a plus
- Strong analytical skills
- Organized and detail oriented
- Ability to influence at all levels of management
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and work within tight time frames
- Strong computer skills including Excel spreadsheets, macros and working with databases. (SAP, PeopleSoft G/L and nVision, Power BI, SQL, SAP Business Objects or other digital reporting tools)
