We're looking for a Senior Wealth Solutions Specialist to join our team at HSBC. As a Senior Wealth Solutions Specialist, you'll play a key role in providing financial solutions and opportunities to your portfolio of clients, building deep, long-lasting, and mutually valuable relationships.
Key responsibilities will include conducting full needs assessments with current and potential wealth customers, recommending appropriate banking, investment, and insurance products and services to meet individual needs. This will be based on objectives, risk tolerance, and proper asset allocations.
You'll work closely with service teams to build meaningful relationships with high-value clients, delivering needs-based solutions through effective communication, influencing, and sales skills. Strong business development skills to work with outside COI to develop self-sourced business are essential.
Experience in non-traditional banking financial sales, providing client recommendations, and increasing sales is essential. Expert knowledge in wealth planning and wealth products, macroeconomics/microeconomics/local market developments, and external regulatory framework relevant to wealth management is also required.
