As a Wealth Relationship Manager at HSBC, you will have the opportunity to work with a talented team of professionals who share your passion for delivering exceptional service and building lasting relationships with our clients. You will be responsible for identifying opportunities to grow existing client relationships and developing strategies to increase wallet share, using your expertise in wealth planning and wealth products to deliver needs-based solutions through effective communication and influencing skills.
Key Responsibilities:
* Identify opportunities to grow existing client relationships and develop strategies to increase wallet share
* Deliver needs-based solutions through effective communication and influencing skills
* Possess expert knowledge in wealth planning and wealth products, macroeconomics/microeconomics/local market developments, and external regulatory framework relevant to wealth management
* Develop and maintain valuable relationships with high net worth client portfolios
Requirements:
* Meaningful experience in nontraditional banking financial sales, providing client recommendations and increasing sales
* Strong client focus and ability to deliver needs-based solutions through effective communication, influencing, and sales skills
* Ability to demonstrate strong relationship deepening skills with existing client base to build and grow relationships and develop referral sources
* Strong business development skills to work with outside COI's to develop self-sourced business
