As our Manager Business System you will:
- Manage the Cloud Platform team in the US and India to build, deliver, and maintain critical Data Analytics application on cloud for HSBC Americas
- Work with Architectural and tactical recommendations for the cloud infrastructure, build and deploy pipelines, observability, and SRE practices for a variety of development teams and help them to operationalize those recommendations
- Lead Group Data Technology US Transformation and Google Cloud adoption projects by providing technical consultation and Architecture guidance to migrate in-house applications to public cloud providers
- Drive the development and implementation of automated and scalable cloud solutions by using CICD pipelines for data platforms by collaborating closely with product owners
- Lead Agile work stream/value stream to enable data ingestion and analytics tools on Google Cloud platform to satisfy revenue generation, fraud detection and customer retention use cases
- Partner with IT operations, application teams and business users to create cloud migration roadmaps for current and future banking systems within Group Data Technology Transformation.

Requirements
You´ll likely have the following qualifications to succeed in this role:
- Bachelor Degree or International Equivalent
- Cloud experience, preferably Google (AWS, Azure, etc. is a plus)
- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills
- Strong prioritization and time management skills
- Minimum 12 years of work experience and experience in Financial domain (Banking)
- Experience in managing multiple teams, working closely with Business and IT partners in delivering and supporting applications, platforms, and solutions
- Project and/or Program management and leadership skills are essential
- Current understanding of best practices regarding system security and control measures

Salary : $125,600 - $188,300
