**About the Role:**
We're seeking an experienced Vice President Product Management to lead our product management function. As a key member of our organization, you'll be responsible for defining roadmaps and functional designs, managing requirements & user stories, and conducting & coordinating testing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define roadmaps and functional designs
- Manage requirements & user stories
- Conduct & coordinate testing
- Monitor health and performance of US Financial Crime systems, identifying and resolving issues and incidents
- Support regulatory supervision and policy development
Requirements:
- Leadership experience and excellent technical and non-technical presentation skills for stakeholders
- Progressive experience in data analysis and/or application development, including cloud technology infrastructure
- Degree in a numerical field (Math, Statistics, Computer Science or related)
- Experience in Integrated Development Environment (IDE) and functional programming, Supervised Learning: Regression Analysis, Generalized Linear Model, Decision Trees, SVM, etc
- Strong analytical skills with complex data type and format Clustering: K-means, Hierarchical clustering, etc
- Database skills (SQL or PL/SQL and Oracle), including working with advanced data sets, pivot tables, advanced database, and statistical functions/methods
