Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with commercial clients.
- Develop and present insurance quotes tailored to client needs.
- Cross-sell and round out accounts to ensure comprehensive coverage.
- Process policy changes and issue documentation, such as COIs and ID cards.
- Educate and advise clients on coverage options and insurance solutions.
- Communicate with clients at renewal time and handle remarketing when necessary.
- Maintain high client retention through proactive service and support.
