Responsibilities
- Perform general maintenance and repairs on residential and commercial properties, including plumbing, electrical, drywall, and carpentry work.
- Respond to service requests in a timely manner, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Conduct routine inspections of properties to identify issues that require attention.
- Install fixtures such as light fixtures, faucets, and appliances as needed.
- Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition.
- Collaborate with other team members to complete larger projects efficiently.
- Document completed work and report any additional repairs needed.
Skills
- Proficiency in basic plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and painting skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities with a keen attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills for interacting with clients and team members.
- Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks.

- A valid driver’s license is preferred for travel between job sites.
