HSHS Medical Group is recruiting a BC/BE Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our Orthopedic and Sports Medicine practice in O’Fallon, Illinois.

Practice Highlights:

Position Details:

• Monday-Friday weekly schedule
• Clinic 2 days per week
• OR 2-3 days per week
• Office call 2 weeks per month, compensation provided for on call time
• Weekend inpatient rounds as needed

Position Requirements:

• Unrestricted Illinois license prior to start
• Board Certified NP or PA
• Experience in ortho is preferred

Education Qualifications

• Master’s degree in biomedical science, psychology or related field is required.
• Bachelor’s degree in biomedical science, psychology or related field PLUS 5 years relevant experience may be considered in lieu of degree.

Certifications, Licenses and Registrations

• Licensed Physician Assistant in the state of practice is required.
• Wisconsin Department of Safety and Professional Services (WDSPS) or
• Illinois Department of Financial and Professional Regulation (IDFPR)
• Basic Life Support (BLS) is required.
• Physician Assistant Certification is required.
• DEA license is preferred.
