Regional Director - Float Programs-WI

Oversees the strategic and operational responsibilities and assignments of the clinical float program throughout the state. Works closely with leaders in each ministry to ensure placement where most appropriate for ministry, regional, and statewide clinical float colleagues. Ensures tracking of productivity, financials, efficiency and output of the team. Division leader for centralized API staffing and scheduling for the state.
Education Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in nursing or Associates degree in Nursing with 4 years equivalent work experience in nursing, clinical role and/or hospital is required.
• Master’s degree in Nursing, Business or a related discipline is preferred.

Experience Qualifications

• 5 years clinical or nursing experience is required. 3 years formal management or leadership is required.

Certifications, Licenses and Registrations

• Licensed Registered Nurse (RN) in the State of IL required if working in IL.
• Licensed Registered Nurse (RN) in the State of WI required if working in WI. Wisconsin: RNs may practice with a valid multi-state RN license as outlined in the Nurse Licensure Compact rules.

Pay Range:

$61.43 - $92.15
