Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Millwright to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of machinery and equipment in various industrial settings. This role requires a strong understanding of mechanical systems, precision measuring instruments, and the ability to work with various tools and technologies. Must have welding/fabrication experience. In addition to Millwright experience, a background working with structural steel or piping would be a preferred candidate for hire.
Duties
- Welding/fabrication
- Install, maintain, and repair industrial machinery and equipment.
- Rigging and familiar with working with crane.
- Operate machinery such as forklift, reachlift, scissor lift, booms, etc.
- Utilize precision measuring instruments to ensure accurate alignment and calibration of machinery.
- Layout, fitting, and welding of pipe
- Fabrication and installation of structural steel mezzanines, stairs, handrails, access platforms, etc. Made from stainless steel, aluminum, and mild steel.
- Collaborate with team members to execute maintenance schedules effectively.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment while adhering to safety protocols.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Millwright or in a similar role within an industrial setting.
- Strong welding and fabrication skills; certification is a plus.
- Valid drivers license
- Ability to read and understand drawings/blueprints
- Solid understanding of mechanical and automated processing systems and equipment.
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

Pay: $20.00 - $40.00 per hour
