As a Client Services Associate, you'll be the key point of contact, assessing eligibility, processing orders accurately, and fostering trust-based relationships with customers who are ready to explore our recommended products and services. We are seeking a driven individual with a passion for building a long-term career as a Client Services Associate.
Key Responsibilities:
- Understand each customer's unique needs and tailor solutions that highlight the benefits of our products, services, and enrollment process.
- Gather and analyze customer data to recommend products or services to management.
- Contribute to team success by supporting office goals and ensuring efficient operations.
- Foster customer loyalty through exceptional listening, relationship building, and in-depth knowledge of our offerings.
- Communicate with empathy and sincerity while efficiently processing customer orders.
- Use available tools and strategies to proactively address customer needs, aiming for a seamless resolution on first contact.
- Meet and surpass performance metrics set by Senior Management, including customer satisfaction, sales results, quality standards, compliance, and productivity.
Qualifications We Seek:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree or active pursuit preferred.
- Demonstrated success in customer service and consultative sales roles.

Pay: $42,000.00 - $52,000.00 per year

- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
