Key Responsibilities : Application Development : Design, develop, and implement applications using Pega's BPM platform, including both front-end (user interface) and back-end (process management) components. Requirement Analysis : Collaborate with business analysts and other stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions using Pega’s no-code / low-code environment. Process Automation : Automate business processes using Pega’s process modeling and workflow capabilities, improving operational efficiency. Integration : Work on integrating Pega with external systems and data sources, such as databases, web services, and other applications. Testing and Debugging : Conduct unit testing, system testing, and troubleshooting to ensure that the application is working as expected. Identify bugs and issues and apply fixes. Maintenance and Support : Provide post-deployment support, monitor application performance, and resolve any operational issues that arise. Pega Rules Management (PRPC) : Use Pega’s rules engine to develop and manage business rules and policies for effective process management. Deployment and Configuration : Assist in the deployment of Pega applications across different environments (development, staging, production) and configure Pega environments for optimal performance.
