Hi Connections,Contract on W2 & 1099sWe're Hiring : Senior Product Designer (UX / UI) Location : Hybrid (Deerfield, IL)Experience : 10 yearsKey Responsibilities : Work closely with users and subject matter experts to define challenges, problems, and motivationsArchitect and deliver practical technology solutions based on research and critical thinkingCommunicate designs using wireframes, workflows, and high-fidelity designsCollaborate with designers, developers, and program managers to iterate and prototype new featuresDocument and present solutions that are clear and accessible to all stakeholdersLead UX research activities including user testing, persona creation, and user journey mappingEnsure designs adhere to Section 508 accessibility requirements and WCAG standardsConduct large-scale qualitative and quantitative UX research and user acceptance testingQualifications : 10 years of experience in product design or related disciplineBachelor’s degree in Design, User Experience, Technology, or a related fieldStrong communication skills to articulate and defend design decisionsExtensive experience with UX research methods, including user interviews, testing, and creating user journeysProficient in design tools such as Figma and A e CCStrong knowledge of good user interface design principles and accessibility standards (Section 508, WCAG)Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneouslyPreferred Qualifications : Experience with Army enterprise software and systemsFamiliarity with UX research tools such as Maze, DovetailPrevious experience in government contracting, working with Acquisition or Procurement professionalsExperience in Agile software development frameworksIf you’re passionate about crafting seamless user experiences and solving complex design challenges, we’d love to hear from you!
