The primary responsibilities of the Housekeeper involve the cleaning of each vacant apartment in order to enhance and maintain its appeal. The Housekeeper will also assist the rest of the staff, as directed, in their efforts to manage the property in an efficient manner.

Qualifications
- High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED).
- Highly motivated team player.
- Minimum one (1) customer service experience.
- Knowledgeable and skilled in the safe use and maintenance of:
- A mop, broom, vacuum cleaner, window squeegee, scrubber, step stool, small ladder, screwdriver, and other miscellaneous hand tools.
- Cleaning fluids and tools
- Attention to detail.
- Knowledge of cleaning methods.
- Clean the office, clubroom, and restrooms on a daily basis (prior to 9 a.m.).
- Clean and maintain models on a daily basis.
- Clean all vacant apartments as directed by the Community Director or Assistant Community Director.
- Keep all vacancies fresh and odorless.
- Clean and maintain laundry facilities daily by 10:00 a.m.
- Inform management of supply needs on a bi-monthly basis.
- Required to wear gloves as tasks dictate.
- Perform additional duties requested by the Community Director or Assistant Community Director.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Frequent need (20% to 25% of the time) to utilize personal transportation to inspect communities in portfolio and surrounding neighborhood, make trips to the bank, etc.
- Must have valid driver's license and automobile insurance.
- Stand and walk or sit alternatively depending on specific needs of the day. Estimate 60%of time is spent on feet and 40% sitting at desk or driving.
- Have frequent need (33% to 66% of the time) to perform standing and walking activities related to inspecting and presenting property.
- Must meet all physical requirements.
- Constant need (66% to 100% of time) to perform the following physical activities:
- Writing/Typing
- Corporate, employee or resident communications
- Grasping/Turning
- Operation of office equipment
- Have frequent need (33% to 66% of the time) to perform the following physical activities.
- Bend/Stoop/Squat
- Pick up litter, filing
- Climb Stairs
- Push or Pull
- Inspect and show property, open and close doors
- Reach Above Shoulder Inspect property, store/retrieve supplies
