We are hiring a Marketing Manager! This role focuses on organizing impactful events, collaborating with third-party marketing partners, and supporting internal communication for employees. The ideal candidate will excel at identifying marketing needs for our properties, fostering strong partnerships with HSL leaders to fulfill HSL’s vision, and managing a talented team to deliver results!
Examples of Key Responsibilities :
Event Management :
Plan, organize, and execute events, including employee gatherings, community outreach, and property-specific activities.
Ensure all events align with HSL’s vision and brand identity.
Internal Communication :
Develop and manage communication strategies to keep employees informed and engaged.
Act as a liaison between the marketing team and other departments to ensure consistency in messaging.
Third-Party Collaboration :
Coordinate with third-party marketing companies to develop campaigns, promotions, and other initiatives.
Oversee the execution and performance of outsourced marketing efforts.
Property Marketing Needs :
Assess the unique marketing requirements of individual properties and develop tailored strategies.
Introduce creative marketing ideas to enhance brand presence and customer engagement.
Leadership & Collaboration :
Build strong partnerships with other company leaders to support organizational goals.
Represent the marketing team in cross-departmental projects.
Team Management :
Lead, mentor, and manage a team of marketing professionals.
Set performance goals, provide regular feedback, and foster professional growth within the team.
