We’re seeking motivated, skilled, and reliable individuals to join our maintenance team in Maricopa County! Whether you’re a seasoned professional or looking to grow in the field, we have a variety of positions available to match your skills and experience.
Open Positions Include:
- Maintenance Manager: Oversee maintenance operations, lead the team, manage schedules, and ensure compliance with safety standards.
- General Maintenance Technician: Perform routine repairs, troubleshooting, and maintenance tasks across various systems, including electrical, plumbing, and HVAC.
- HVAC Technician: Diagnose, repair, and maintain heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems.
- Electrical Technician: Handle wiring, installations, and repairs of electrical systems to ensure operational safety and efficiency.
- Plumber: Perform plumbing installations, repairs, and maintenance for residential, commercial, or industrial facilities.
- Groundskeeper/Landscaping Maintenance: Maintain outdoor areas, including landscaping, irrigation, and grounds repair.
- Appliance Technician: Repair and maintain appliances, ensuring tenant and customer satisfaction.
- Facilities Maintenance Specialist: Conduct inspections, preventive maintenance, and ensure operational efficiency of all building systems.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience: Relevant experience in maintenance or a willingness to learn (apprenticeships and training available for entry-level candidates).
- Skills: Problem-solving, attention to detail, and knowledge of tools and equipment specific to your trade.
- Certifications: HVAC, EPA, Pool Certifications
- Physical Ability: Ability to lift heavy objects, stand for extended periods, and work in various environmental conditions.
- Teamwork: Strong communication skills and a collaborative attitude to work effectively with others.
