Regional Asset Manager
We're seeking a results-driven Regional Asset Manager to lead a diverse property portfolio. You’ll drive financial performance, optimize operations, and enhance tenant satisfaction by collaborating with property teams and implementing strategic improvements. Your expertise in financial analysis, market trends, and property assessments will be key in achieving success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Optimize property performance to maximize profitability and value.
- Lead strategic planning and performance assessments.
- Ensure operational efficiency and tenant satisfaction.
- Manage budgets, financial reports, and capital improvements.
- Develop site business plans, including goals for investment, sales, and market positioning.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED; Arizona Real Estate License required (must obtain within 90 days of hire).
- Proficient in Windows, MS Word, Excel, and property management software.
- 3-5 years of supervisory experience and 7 years of property management/related experience.
- Strong leadership, communication, sales, marketing management and analytical skills.
- ARM, CPM, or CAM designations a plus.
