We are a women-owned small online business, specializing in jewelry gifts.
A team of 3 women in a private office / warehouse space.
Our products are listed on multiple shopping channels (Amazon, Etsy, Walmart etc) and we are learning and figuring out how each of them work as we grow.
We are looking to grow our business and want people to grow with us.

The ideal candidate is not above anyone or anything, which may include printing orders, packing orders, reply to customer messages, taking out the trash, stocking supplies, cleaning and tidying work space etc.
This is a rather quiet work atmosphere, you will be working by yourself or with 1 -2 people at most.
Promotions and raises can be expedited based on performance.
The position has great potential for growth and higher pay as I am continuously looking for a team leader - fulfillment supervisor and operational manager.
Part time - starting hours on Monday, Wednesday, Thursday 9:00-2:00pm with potential for full time if proven ability to taken on important tasks
pay $16-$20/hour. Promotions available.
Job requirements:
- Strong writing & typing skills
- Fluent in using a computer & printer
- Ability to work quietly and comfortably part with your cell phone during work hours
- High attention to detail, organized
- Strong sense of time organization and urgency
- Ability to do some bending, kneeling and lifting up to 30 lbs boxes are required
- Ability to stand for long periods of time or sit for long periods of time depending on the workload
- Ability to work independently and within a team
- Any customer service and/or online order fulfillment experience is a plus
Responsibilities:
- Process and verify online orders from multiple sources, prints shipping labels, and packages products for shipping.
- Professionally respond to customer inquiries through customer service message system
- Working independently & accurately to prepare, pack and ship orders.
- Replenish inventory at picking locations
- Proactive and make yourself available for other work, if necessary
- Accept personal accountability for work by initialing all transactions and owning up to any errors
