What are the responsibilities and job description for the Folder Gluer Operator position at HSM Packaging?
Hiring Folder Gluer Operators, Operators will be responsible for the set up and operation of Bobst Masterfold/Mistral Gluers in Liverpool, NY. Openings for 2nd shift right now and must be able to work 10 hour shifts and Saturdays when necessary.
An emphasis on productivity, quality, safety, and good housekeeping, specific duties will include:
Review job tickets and verify that materials are available and used as specified. Complete required paperwork and quality sign offs. Inspect product for any imperfections or irregularities making adjustments as needed. Maintain running speeds, and registration of folders while checking for quality. Perform troubleshooting and preventative maintenance tasks on folding equipment.
Communicate with other Folding Operators and Supervisors on production issues, needs, and recommendations to improve production effectiveness and efficiency, including safety recommendations.

A minimum 2 years experience is required for this position.
