Overview
Responsible for assisting in the implementation, support and maintenance of the Company’s financial and manufacturing business systems application – including JD Edwards and Mobile Enterprise Platform (MEP). This is a position for individuals with one to five years of experience with HSM’s business processes.

Responsibilities
- Participate in planning, coordinating and providing support to the implementation efforts of the Company’s business software applications.
- Develop, update, and maintain documentation in support of business-related user applications.
- Gather and analyze business processes and user requirements to document project scope.
- Ensure business process designs meet user needs, test application functionality, and facilitate implementation of business systems.
- Provide troubleshooting and maintenance of business systems applications.
- Identify problems, issues, and risks related to project objectives and participate in the identification, documentation and communication of solutions.
- Lead in the development and documentation of training materials and the training efforts of the user community regarding the company’s business system applications.
- Serve as a liaison among J.D. Edwards developers, implementation project staff, and the user community to identify and solve system and process related problems.
- Provide guidance and quality assurance to less experienced members of the user community.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- One to three years of JD Edwards EnterpriseOne experience required.
- Proficiency and understanding of the data and functionality of several JD Edwards modules or related applications.
- Able to trouble-shoot general problems with limited manager assistance.
- Excellent computer skills and proficient with Excel
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team environment
- Understanding of business processes is preferred
- Excellent communication and analytical skills
- Experience in an information systems environment
- Experience in software package implementation and systems integration preferred
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university preferred or appropriate experience
- Must be able to travel to all locations
