Responsibilities
- Work in a safe manner and follow all safety policies and procedures.
- Maintain an organized, clean, and safe workspace.
- Set up and monitor extrusion process parameters.
- Troubleshoot basic process and equipment issues.
- Follows detailed product specifications, work instructions, and manufacturing orders.
- Document production outputs, times, and efficiencies.
- Verify and document that product quality specifications are being met.
- Participates in continuous improvement activities.
- Aspire to continuously acquire additional process and equipment knowledge.
Qualifications
- Two years of manufacturing experience.
- Good mechanical aptitude.
- Must be able to drive forklift/squeeze lift.
- Must be able to use measuring devices.
- Technically minded with a thorough attention to details.
- Documentation must be legible and accurate.
- Ability to work in a team environment.
- Good work ethic.
- A good attitude.
- Must have excellent attendance.
- Prior extrusion experience is a plus.
