Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a comprehensive quality assurance strategy and roadmap, aligning with organizational goals and customer requirements.
- Lead and mentor a team of quality assurance professionals, fostering a culture of excellence, accountability, and continuous learning.
- Establish and maintain quality assurance processes, procedures, and standards in accordance with ISO certification requirements and industry best practices.
- Oversee product inspections, testing, and sampling to verify compliance with quality specifications and performance standards.
- Analyze quality data and performance metrics to identify trends, root causes of defects, and opportunities for process optimization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including production, engineering, and supply chain, to address quality issues and drive corrective actions.
- Conduct supplier quality audits and assessments to ensure that raw materials and components meet quality standards.
- Manage customer feedback and complaints related to product quality, leading investigations and implementing corrective and preventive actions.
- Support the development and maintenance of quality management systems, documentation, and certifications.
- Keep abreast of industry advancements, emerging quality assurance methodologies, and regulatory changes to drive continuous improvement in quality management practices.
