What are the responsibilities and job description for the Utility Tech-1st Shift position at HSM?
Bus Seat Assembler - 1st shift, M-TH 6:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. Full assembly of School Bus / Commercial Seats.
- Building a standard seat back assembly in its entirety. Starting from the base frame to finished goods. Moving the finished product to a conveyor belt to be packaged for shipment.
- Keeping track of your progression to ensure individual daily goals are met and maintained.
- Communicating with your team lead and other assemblers
- Able to function in a fast-paced environment.
- Other duties as assigned by management.
- Able to lift up to 60-85 lbs. repetitively.
- Good communication skills.
- Willing to Train!
