Success Profile :
- Double the CEO’s productivity and serve as a representative of the CEO to employees, clients, and other stakeholders.
- Ensure seamless communication across all levels of the organization, fostering transparency and alignment between the CEO, executive team, and employees.
- Act as a key liaison between the CEO and internal / external stakeholders, screening and prioritizing incoming communications, and ensuring timely responses or follow-up as needed.
- Conduct research, analyze information, and prepare briefings to facilitate important decision making.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, both internal and external, including leadership, employees, clients, and partners.
- Lead effective and impactful company-wide planning.
- Prepare materials for meetings, presentations, and reports, ensuring accuracy, clarity, and timeliness.
- Assist with special projects and initiatives as needed.
- Provide operational and logistical support including but not limited to schedule management, travel planning, and expense reporting.
- Assist in the interview process, ensuring we are hiring the right people for every role.
