HSS is looking for flexible and reliable Housekeepers to service our luxury hotels in the area. If you have a love for cleaning and enjoy providing excellent customer service, we encourage you to apply!

Positions Available :

  • Housekeeper
    • Pay & Benefits :
  • 15.50 / hr.
  • WEEKLY PAY!
  • Full Benefits (Medical, Dental, and Vision)

Requirements :

  • Background check
  • Drug Screen
  • Authorized to work in the U.S.
  • 1 yr Housekeeping experience (Preferred)
  • Must be able to work some holidays & weekends

    • Housekeeping Responsibilities :

  • Clean the required number of rooms by shift established by HSS Executive Housekeeper or Leader.
  • Strip rooms / units of soiled linen.
  • Remove all trash from rooms or units.
  • Clean rooms / units, including but not limited to :

    • Making beds, changing linens, cleaning toilets, bathtubs, mirrors, floors, furniture, baseboards, and walls.

  • Report clean rooms / units as vacant and ready for inspection to the Supervisor.
  • Report room / unit maintenance issues as per company procedure.
  • Report damaged, dirty, or stained carpets, drapes, furniture, and linens.
  • Report missing unit inventory and supplies to the Supervisor.
  • Assist in maintaining storage closets clean and organized.
  • Maintain a friendly demeanor when interacting with guests, co-workers, and property employees.
  • Attend all safety training sessions and make practical applications of training in the work environment, following safety work guidelines.
  • Utilize supplies and equipment efficiently and effectively.
  • Anticipate guests’ needs and demonstrate service passion.
  • Follow all company, client, and regulatory policies.
  • Report lost and found items to the Supervisor.
  • Ensure that rooms are cleaned to the hotel’s quality standards and HSS quality standards
