At HSS we are looking for a reliable and experienced Refrigerator Engineer Tech to join our amazing team.
Key Responsibilities :
Design and Development :
- Develop refrigeration system designs based on requirements, such as energy efficiency, temperature control, and safety.
- Select appropriate components (compressors, evaporators, condensers, etc.) for refrigeration systems.
- Work with cross-functional teams (e.g., electrical engineers, mechanical engineers) to integrate refrigeration solutions with other systems.
Installation and Commissioning :
Supervise the installation of refrigeration systems and ensure that all components are properly integrated.Perform testing, debugging, and fine-tuning to ensure the system works efficiently and meets design specifications.Train operators on safe usage and maintenance procedures.Troubleshooting and Maintenance :
Diagnose and troubleshoot issues in refrigeration systems, such as leaks, compressor failure, or control malfunctions.Ensure the systems operate within specified temperatures and safety parameters.Documentation :
Maintain detailed records of system designs, installations, modifications, and maintenance activities.Required Skills and Qualifications :
Certificate of RefrigerationKnowledge of refrigeration cycles, thermodynamics, and fluid mechanics.Familiarity with refrigeration equipment (compressors, coolers, chillers, heat exchangers).Experience with industry standards and regulatory requirements for refrigeration systems.Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Preferred Experience :
Hands-on experience with installation, commissioning, and troubleshooting of refrigeration systems.Familiarity with refrigerants (including new, eco-friendly refrigerants) and the environmental impact of different chemicals.Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.Some HSS requirements :
Must be authorized to work in the US.Must have reliable transportation.Should have at least 2 year of Refrigerator Technician experience.Willing to work on weekends and holidays.Willing to do heavy lifting.Must be willing to go under drug screening and background check.Benefits :
