Responsibilities
- Assist attorneys in preparing for trials and hearings by gathering evidence and organizing case files.
- Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and discovery requests.
- Conduct legal research to support case preparation and strategy development.
- Maintain and organize case files and discovery documents in a comprehensive manner.
- Coordinate communication with clients, witnesses, and other parties involved in litigation.
- File and serve legal documents in accordance with court rules and deadlines.
- Monitor case progress and deadlines to ensure timely completion of tasks.
- Assist in the preparation of exhibits and other materials for trial and presentations.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in paralegal studies or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a paralegal, preferably in litigation or healthcare law.
- Strong understanding of legal terminology and procedures relevant to litigation and healthcare.
- Proficient in legal research databases and software tools.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $75,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
