Job Title: AI Engineer
Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and innovative AI Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for researching, designing, developing, and deploying cutting-edge AI/ML solutions across various business domains. This role requires a strong foundation in machine learning algorithms, deep learning, and a passion for solving complex problems using AI.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Research and develop advanced AI/ML algorithms and models, including deep learning, natural language processing (NLP), computer vision, and predictive analytics.
- Design and implement AI/ML solutions for various business problems, such as fraud detection, customer churn prediction, personalized recommendations, and process automation.
- Train and evaluate machine learning models, optimize model performance, and ensure model accuracy and reliability.
- Develop and maintain robust and scalable AI/ML pipelines and infrastructure.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, engineers, and product managers, to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Stay abreast of the latest advancements in AI/ML research and technologies.
- Contribute to the development and improvement of AI/ML best practices and standards within the organization.
- May be involved in the selection and evaluation of AI/ML tools and technologies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
- 5 years of experience in developing and deploying AI/ML solutions.
- Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms, including supervised, unsupervised, and reinforcement learning.
- Experience with deep learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Keras.
- Proficiency in Python and related libraries (e.g., scikit-learn, pandas, NumPy).
- Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform) and their AI/ML services is a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
