About the Role :

As a key member of our dynamic Medicare team, you will play a vital role in assisting clients with their Medicare needs, answering questions, and ensuring they have a seamless experience. You’ll be responsible for handling a variety of tasks, from scheduling appointments to resolving policy-related inquiries, all while offering top-tier customer service.

What You'll Do :

  • Build Relationships : Answer phone calls and emails from current and prospective clients, providing personalized support and guidance.
  • Manage Client Interactions : Use CRM software to track and document client interactions, ensuring every client’s needs are met with care and accuracy.
  • Coordinate Appointments : Help clients schedule, reschedule, or cancel appointments and ensure they have all necessary pre-appointment information.
  • Support Policyholders : Assist with administrative tasks like billing inquiries, address changes, and ordering new ID cards, ensuring a smooth experience for each client.
  • Collaborate with Teams : Work closely with internal agents and external partners to update and process client policies, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Follow-Up and Support : Proactively reach out to clients nearing important enrollment deadlines and follow up on any open tasks to ensure clients’ needs are fully met.

  • Strong Communication Skills : You’ll need to clearly explain complex insurance details to clients with ease, both on the phone and via email.

  • Qualifications :

  • Previous customer service experience is a plus, but not required.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Physical Requirements :

  • Comfortable working at a desk and using a computer for extended periods.
