Job Description :
Analyze and document business requirements for P&C insurance products, including policy, billing, and claims.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, define, and refine functional and non-functional requirements.
Work closely with development and testing teams to ensure accurate implementation of business needs.
Conduct gap analysis, process mapping, and workflow improvements for underwriting, claims, and policy management.
Develop and maintain BRD, FSD, user stories, and use cases to support system enhancements and implementations.
Facilitate JAD sessions, stakeholder meetings, and requirement walkthroughs for alignment and clarity.
Perform UAT coordination, test case validation, and defect triaging to support quality assurance efforts.
Support data analysis, reporting, and compliance with regulatory and industry standards.
Assist in change management, training, and documentation for system users and business teams.
Leverage domain knowledge of P&C insurance to provide strategic insights and recommendations.
