About The Role

HTC is looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development / Sales Hunter to drive new business growth and expand key accounts in the Retail, CPG, Travel & Hospitality industries. You’ll be responsible for selling IT Staffing and Professional Services, developing strong client relationships, and generating a high-impact sales pipeline.

What You’ll Do

  • Identify and acquire new clients while expanding existing accounts.
  • Sell IT Staffing and Professional Services by positioning value-driven solutions.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, influencing key decision-makers.
  • Lead sales presentations, contract negotiations, and deal closures.
  • Utilize CRM tools for pipeline management, forecasting, and reporting.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (delivery, recruiting, sales support) to ensure client success.

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven success in IT Staffing & Professional Services sales - 5 years of direct hunting experience.
  • Industry Expertise - Focus on Retail & CPG, with secondary experience in Travel & Logistics.
  • Track Record of Closing High-Value Deals - Experience selling multi-year contracts of $20M with ACV in the $5M-$15M range.
  • Strong Relationship Builder - Ability to engage C-level executives and key stakeholders.
  • Tech-Savvy Sales Professional - Familiar with Digital, Data & Cloud solutions.
  • Competitive and Goal-Oriented - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
  • Excellent Communication & Negotiation Skills - Ability to articulate value, influence decisions, and close deals.
  • Self-Motivated & Strategic Thinker - Passion for business development, proactive lead generation, and deal-making.
