Key Responsibilities
- Analyze and document business requirements for P&C insurance products, including policy management, billing, and claims processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather, define, and refine both functional and non-functional requirements.
- Partner with development and testing teams to ensure seamless integration of business needs into product implementation.
- Conduct gap analysis, process mapping, and identify opportunities for workflow improvements across underwriting, claims, and policy management.
- Create and maintain BRD, FSD, user stories, and use cases to facilitate system enhancements and smooth project deliveries.
- Lead JAD sessions, stakeholder meetings, and requirement walkthroughs to ensure alignment and clarity across teams.
- Coordinate UAT efforts, validate test cases, and triage defects to support robust quality assurance processes.
- Drive data analysis, reporting, and ensure compliance with regulatory and industry standards.
- Assist in change management, training, and documentation to empower system users and business teams.
- Use your in-depth knowledge of P&C insurance to provide valuable insights and strategic recommendations.
- Strong expertise in P&C insurance, including policy, billing, and claims.
- Proven experience with business analysis, documentation, and stakeholder management.
