Job Description

We are seeking a React Architect with Hands-on who will be responsible for the development of high-quality, scalable, and performant front-end solutions. You’ll play a crucial role in shaping the front-end architecture while mentoring a team of developers to meet and exceed expectations. Your work will help shape the user experience of our cutting-edge web and mobile applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development and maintenance of front-end components using React.js, TypeScript, Next.js, and CSS.
• Collaborate with design and back-end teams to translate wireframes and technical requirements into high-quality, maintainable code.
• Ensure the front-end is highly responsive and resilient, providing users with an excellent experience across web and mobile platforms.
• Implement best practices for code quality, maintainability, and performance optimization.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex front-end issues, ensuring the deliverables meet high standards.
• Contribute to the evaluation and integration of industry standards, tools, and methodologies for continuous improvement.
• Document software designs and participate in design reviews to ensure alignment with business goals and technical specifications.
• Take ownership of your work, be accountable for decisions and outcomes, and foster a collaborative environment.
  
  

Qualifications

• 10 years of professional experience in front-end development, with at least 8 years focused on React.js, TypeScript, and CSS.
• Proven experience in Greenfield React/TypeScript development.
• Ability to design and implement reusable components with a strong focus on performance and scalability.
• Solid understanding of UX/UI design principles, and a passion for providing a seamless user experience.
• Experience working in agile/Scrum environments, collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• Strong leadership skills, with the ability to mentor junior developers and work collaboratively to achieve project goals.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Experience in insurance industries is a plus, but not required.
