Job Title: Reinsurnace Product Configurator [ Product Config / Integration / Reinsurance Domain knowledge/ Testing]
Product Configuration
- Configure and customize the PROCEDE platform/ any Resinurance Product to align with client-specific reinsurance products and business requirements.
- Define and manage product rules, parameters, and data structures within the system.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document configuration requirements.
- Work closely with the integration team to ensure seamless integration of the platform with other enterprise systems and third-party applications.
- Develop and maintain integration scripts, APIs, and connectors to facilitate data flow between systems.
- Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues, ensuring data integrity and smooth operation.
- Diagnose and resolve configuration and technical issues related to the platform.
- Provide ongoing support and maintenance for the configured products, addressing any issues that arise during and after implementation.
- Analyze and resolve system errors, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
- Assist with the installation and setup of the platform for new and existing clients.
- Provide technical guidance and support during the installation process, ensuring a successful deployment.
- Create and update installation documentation and user guides for internal teams and clients.
- 3 years of experience in product configuration, preferably within the reinsurance or insurance domain.
- Hands-on experience with the platform or similar reinsurance product configuration tools.
- Proven experience in system integration, including API management, data mapping, and scripting.
- Strong troubleshooting skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues quickly.
- Proficiency in configuring reinsurance products and understanding complex business rules.
- Familiarity with integration tools, middleware, and APIs.
- Knowledge of SQL, scripting languages, and data transformation tools.
- Experience with installation and deployment of enterprise software systems.
