Job Title: Reinsurnace Product Configurator [ Product Config / Integration / Reinsurance Domain knowledge/ Testing]

Product Configuration

• Configure and customize the PROCEDE platform/ any Resinurance Product to align with client-specific reinsurance products and business requirements.
• Define and manage product rules, parameters, and data structures within the system.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document configuration requirements.
  
  

Integration

• Work closely with the integration team to ensure seamless integration of the platform with other enterprise systems and third-party applications.
• Develop and maintain integration scripts, APIs, and connectors to facilitate data flow between systems.
• Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues, ensuring data integrity and smooth operation.
  
  

Troubleshooting

• Diagnose and resolve configuration and technical issues related to the platform.
• Provide ongoing support and maintenance for the configured products, addressing any issues that arise during and after implementation.
• Analyze and resolve system errors, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
  
  

Installation Knowledge

• Assist with the installation and setup of the platform for new and existing clients.
• Provide technical guidance and support during the installation process, ensuring a successful deployment.
• Create and update installation documentation and user guides for internal teams and clients.
  
  

Experience

• 3 years of experience in product configuration, preferably within the reinsurance or insurance domain.
• Hands-on experience with the platform or similar reinsurance product configuration tools.
• Proven experience in system integration, including API management, data mapping, and scripting.
• Strong troubleshooting skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues quickly.
  
  

Technical Skills

• Proficiency in configuring reinsurance products and understanding complex business rules.
• Familiarity with integration tools, middleware, and APIs.
• Knowledge of SQL, scripting languages, and data transformation tools.
• Experience with installation and deployment of enterprise software systems.
