Are you a passionate and experienced Scrum Master who thrives on helping teams succeed? Join our team in Bloomfield, CT, where you’ll play a key role in advancing healthcare payer IT initiatives that improve patient and provider experiences across the country.

We're seeking a strong leader who brings a deep understanding of Agile principles and has hands-on experience guiding teams through complex IT projects in a highly collaborative environment.

What You’ll Do

• Facilitate and lead all core Scrum ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Standups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
• Collaborate closely with Product Owners, Developers, and other stakeholders to remove impediments and drive continuous improvement.
• Monitor team progress using tools like JIRA and Confluence, and deliver clear reports and metrics (velocity, burn-down, etc.) to senior leadership.
• Coach teams on Agile best practices to ensure high performance and team accountability.
• Act as a central liaison across departments — coordinating with developers, product managers, technical leads, QA, and support specialists.
• Support the team in balancing multiple priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced healthcare IT environment.
• Proactively identify and manage risks, dependencies, and areas for process optimization.
  
  

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience as a Scrum Master leading Scrum teams.
• Strong expertise with Agile methodologies and Scrum frameworks.
• Experience working on healthcare payer projects is a major plus.
• Hands-on experience with JIRA, Confluence, and reporting tools.
• Excellent communication, leadership, facilitation, and negotiation skills.
• Proven ability to manage cross-functional relationships and drive alignment across teams.
