Title: Guidewire Solution Architect

Lead the Future of Insurance Technology: Are you a Guidewire expert who thrives on solving complex challenges and driving enterprise-scale transformations? We’re looking for a Guidewire Solution Architect to lead end-to-end technical design and delivery for cutting-edge insurance solutions. This is your opportunity to work directly with clients, influence strategic direction, and deliver high-impact systems across PolicyCenter, ClaimCenter, and BillingCenter.

What You’ll Do

• Design and implement scalable, effective Guidewire-based solutions that solve real-world business challenges.
• Act as a trusted technical advisor in client-facing roles—guiding customers on features, delivery approaches, and solution design.
• Be hands-on in all areas of Guidewire development: Configuration, Integration, and Data Migration, with deep expertise in at least two of the xCenters (PolicyCenter, ClaimCenter, BillingCenter).
• Lead and manage technical delivery across multiple project teams, ensuring quality, performance, and scalability.
• Collaborate with business analysts, developers, QA teams, and stakeholders to ensure end-to-end solution alignment.
• Conduct reverse engineering and propose modernized or optimized solutions based on legacy implementations.
• Support implementations, upgrades, and migrations—including Guidewire Cloud and Portal deployments.
• Drive continuous improvement and innovation within the Guidewire architecture space.
  
  

Must-Have Qualifications

• 15 years of overall IT experience with 10 years working on Guidewire platforms.
• Proven implementation experience in at least two full-cycle Guidewire projects.
• Strong hands-on experience with at least two of the Guidewire xCenters (PolicyCenter, ClaimCenter, BillingCenter).
• ACE Certified in at least one Guidewire application.
• Excellent communication and client engagement skills.
• Ability to lead technical teams and manage end-to-end delivery.
• Comfortable reverse-engineering legacy systems and proposing actionable solutions.
  
  

Nice-to-Have Skills

• Experience with Guidewire Portal implementations.
• Hands-on exposure to Guidewire Cloud upgrades or migrations.
• Familiarity with Agile delivery models and DevOps environments.
