We are seeking an assistant manager to help oversee our operations. As the Assistant Manager, you will be responsible for helping manage all aspects of our business, including team management, food safety, customer service, and financial performance. Duties:
- Provide leadership and guidance to the team, ensuring a positive work environment
- Assist our General Manager with daily operations and ensure smooth functioning of all departments
- Implement and enforce food safety standards to maintain compliance with regulations
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring exceptional service
- Manage inventory and control costs to maximize profitability
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner
- Collaborate with other managers to develop and implement company policies and procedures
