Total hours: 35-40 hours per week
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to each student's needs.
- Provide instruction and support in a variety of subjects, focusing on special education curriculum.
- Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages student engagement.
- Collaborate with parents, teachers, and specialists to monitor student progress and adjust strategies as needed.
- Utilize behavioral therapy techniques to support students with diverse learning challenges.
- Maintain accurate records of student performance and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Special Education or related field
- Experience working with children with developmental disabilities
- Strong understanding of IEP development and implementation
- Classroom management skills and experience
Salary : $40 - $45
