- 1st (7 a.m. - 3 p.m.)
- 2nd (3 p.m. - 11 p.m.)
- 3rd (11 p.m. - 7 a.m.)
*8-12 hour shifts
Requirements of the Assembly Setup
- High School Diploma or GED Equivalent
- 6 months of manufacturing experience preferred
- Able to lift 50 lbs. repetitively
- Able to stand for long periods
- Stable work history

Responsibilities of the Assembly Setup
- Performs set-ups, change overs and preventative maintenance and ensures efficient operation of production machinery tools and equipment.
- Must be willing to work second or third shift as necessary to meet production requirements.
- Must be able to maintain charts by plotting data, recognizing points out of control and process shifts.
- Willingness to gather data and load into computer.
- Ability to utilize SPC.
- Ability to collect and analyze data, maintain and analyze process control charts and records accurately.
- Must be able to take, maintain and record; stocks, inventories, balances, etc., to affect correct quantities and types of supplies.
