HTI has an immediate opening for a Technical Writer with a pharmaceutical company in Greenville, SC. This is a full-time, direct hire, onsite position. The company offers comprehensive benefits, and relocation allowance is available. The salary will depend on experience / education, and the range is $75,000 - $82,000 / year.Please note : This person must have pharmaceutical manufacturing industry and cGMP environment experience, as well as a 4-year degree. Must be located in the Greenville, SC area or able to relocate. There may be occasional opportunities to work from home, but this will be mostly an onsite position.Job duties : Write cGMP documents and records for the Operational Excellence team within a pharmaceutical manufacturing facility Write, edit, and review cGMP documents, Standard Operating Procedures (SOP's), Work Instructions (WI's), Project Protocols, Manufacturing and Packaging Records, and master batch records Edit documents written by others to improve communication efficiency Comply with format and practices to allow for consistent execution of documents Interact with department personnel to establish priorities for documents Assist with completion of documentation for quality deviations and investigations as needed Assist with compilation of weekly / monthly metrics; OEE, yield, scrap, labor trends, etc. Other duties as assigned Requirements : Bachelor's degree, preferably in Chemistry, Biology, Pharmacy or Engineering Minimum of 2 years as a Technical Writer in the pharmaceutical manufacturing industry (in a cGMP environment) Excellent writing, editing, and verbal communications skills; strong attention to detail Extensive knowledge of MS Office software, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, as well as experience creating / editing PDF documents Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Must possess the ability to work autonomously and prioritize work assignments Ability to work with input from multiple departments to complete tasks #INDPRO
