About the Role

Shift : 1st Shift

Pay : $32.00-45.00 / hour (DOE)

HTI is hiring an Industrial Electrician for a leading manufacturing facility in Anderson, SC. This position focuses on troubleshooting, installations, and repairs of electrical systems in an industrial setting. The role involves high-voltage systems (110V - 480V), drive controls, heater bands, and panel wiring.

We are looking for skilled electricians who are comfortable with new installations and electrical troubleshooting in a plant environment. This role is not suited for residential electricians-we need industrial experience with control panels, wiring, and power systems.

What You'll Do

  • Troubleshoot electrical failures in 110V - 480V systems.
  • Install and repair control panels, switchgear, and electrical wiring.
  • Work with drive controls, heater bands, and burner controls.
  • Run conduit, pull wire, and build / rebuild electrical cabinets.
  • Support equipment installations, line relocations, and plant expansions.
  • Follow safety protocols and electrical codes.

What We're Looking For

  • 3 years of experience as an Industrial Electrician.
  • Ability to size control panels, run conduit, and perform high-voltage wiring.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills for diagnosing electrical issues.
  • Understanding of electrical safety and regulations.
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects.

    • Preferred Qualifications (Not Required)

  • Experience in automotive, manufacturing, or industrial settings.
  • Electrical certifications.
